UK's top selling car is an electric one for the first time in December 2020

The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) final figures are in for 2020. Pure electric vehicles grew a whopping 186% over the previous year, increasing their market share by 5% of the market to 6.6% of all registrations. December saw an electric car take the best-seller prize (and 4th!). Bring on 2021.
