Wildseed Web-based Tutorials
WINTER 04 QMobility worked with Wildseed to plan and develop an online education and support tool for call center support. Over a period of 3 months, we worked on site with Wildseed engineers and developers to learn this unique OS and create a tier-1 level educational tool.
Our team created a needs assessment, developed a curriculum and worked with a Linux based emulator to create training content specific to the Identity device. We delivered getting started information, device features overview, frequently asked questions and step-by-step tutorials.
