Sundance Film Festival 2006
WIN 06 Microsoft and T-Mobile teamed with QMobility to customize over 100 pre-release mobile devices for the Sundance Film Festival. The devices included a tailor-made calendar application for the more than 600 movie screenings and events. In addition, QMobility provided music, videos, and a Sundance "home screen" all designed to enhance the user's experience and showcase the new Windows Mobile devices.
QMobility worked diligently in order to fashion the devices in a way that would stay true to the creative spirit of Sundance. Each end user received collateral that explained the items pre-loaded onto the device as well as tutorials for how to setup ActiveSync and POP3 email.
