Consulting & Research
Our team provided consulting and research to Windows Mobile SmartStart by offering information and recommendations on device content and OS specific functionality and applications.

Program Management
QMobility provided program management to the SmartStart program. QMobility managed program processes and communications between key stakeholders throughout the program to ensure successful integrations of Windows Mobile solutions and a positive user experience with Windows Mobile devices.

Content Development
QMobility created custom educational content for the SmartStart program delivered as online tutorials and webcasts. QMobility developed tutorials to teach users how to perform common tasks on the device on topics ranging from email set up to installing a ringtone. QMobility developed multiple half hour presentations delivered online through LiveMeeting. The feedback from these webcasts was extremely positive with some of the highest ratings for Microsoft webcasts.

Design
QMobility's creative team designed and developed interactive tutorials, web site and print materials for the SmartStart program based on Windows Mobile branding requirements and standards.

Web Development
QMobility developed both mobile and standard web sites and content delivered to SmartStart participants. The standard site includes recommended applications, resources and education for the user. The mobile site includes a mobile version of the user guide, mobile links and device customization content including ring tones and home screens that auto install when downloaded from the device.



The SmartStart site was put together to offer education, information an resources to the SmartStart seeding participants.

Application Development
QMobility developed an auto installer application that is delivered through a media card. Upon insertion the application auto launches an application that allows the user to select specific applications, media and device content to install. This content, targeted at CIO's and IT Managers, included applications recommended and researched by QMobility, device customization content as well as media in the form of enterprise case studies.
